Welcome to Big Sky Pygmies and Friends!

Beginning in 2001, our modest little Montana Farm, located in Big Sky Country, started with two horses and two dogs.  In 2003, we purchased our first Pygmy goats as pets.  Since that time, we have grown to over 40 animals including, 6 different breeds of goats and registered sheep.

Our farm is one of the first Registered Pygmy Goat Farms in the State of Montana, and now boasts Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Pygmy’s and Fainting goats!  In addition, we have beautiful registered Angora goats and Shetland sheep.

We offer yarns and fiber from both our Angora Goats and Shetland Sheep.  The yarns and raw fibers are now available for purchase through our web site!  In addition, we are Selling Mohair, Yarns and Fibers on eBay!

New to our farm is our first pair of Nigerian Dwarf goats.  We also had our first Pygora babies in the spring of 2007! 

We have animals for sale. Many of these animals are registered.

Also new in late 2006 we started an adoption service for wayward goats.  These goats are available free of charge to suitable, qualified families. Visit our adoption page to see who’s looking for a good home!
